Booking Details & Policies

To ensure a smooth and serene experience:

• A valid credit card is required to secure all group bookings

• A 20% gratuity is automatically added and directly supports your service providers

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees

• Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of total services

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total
