Prenatal Massage
Decrease swelling, relieves aches and pains, and eases pregnancy's physical and emotional stresses. A modified massage to help protect the baby, while delivering a relaxation massage. The massage is done on a special prenatal table allowing her to lay face down or on her back to support and take the pressure of the baby off the mom’s internal organs. Women can begin massage therapy at any point in their pregnancy, during the first, second, or third trimester. Once you find out you are pregnant, we recommend booking prenatal massages only. Please provide a note from your Doctor.
